Don’t Have Tickets to WWDC? You can go to AltWWDC Instead!

04/27/2013 18:22

For developers or tech reporters that didn’t manage to score a ticket to WWDC in two minutes, AltWWDC is a great alternative. AltWWDC is a place a few blocks from Moscone West, where WWDC 2013 will be held.

The event will show live video streams of the real WWDC so you can see what’s happening just like the people who spent $1599 to see it. Speaking of price, AltWWDC will be free to anyone who wants to go. Also, there will be speakers (the people, not the device), free lunch, breakfast, Wi-Fi, coffee, and silence. The event is first-come first-serve so you need to hurry and get a ticket.

The event will be held at the SF State Downtown Campus at 845 Market St in San Francisco. You can view their website for more info here. You can reserve a ticket for yourself here.
