Is This Budget iPhone Casing?

Tactus has been very busy these last few weeks making rumored products. They brought the iPad 5 case, the iPad 5 rear casing, and now the back of the budget iPhone. While many other rumors about other upcoming Apple devices we’ve heard seem and probably are true, the budget iPhone seems the least amount real and, to me, the most un-important.
It’s made out of polycarbonate plastic just like the iPhone 3G and 3GS. It is also rumored to run a 3.5-inch retina like previous iPhones. It has a rounded bezel with cutouts for the volume buttons resembling the 3G. The camera and flash is separated with a noise-canceling microphone.
According to Tactus, they say the budget iPhone will run an A5 chip with a 32-nanometer manufacturing process. They also say that it will have a 3.5-inch screen, yet be taller and wider. And finally, they say that it will come in 5 colors: white, black, blue, red, and yellow. The price? Tactus estimates the price at $300 (unlocked) and will come on October 15th.
