Security Hole Allows Anyone to Reset Your Apple Password

Well that’s not good. A new security hole allows anyone to reset your Apple password with only your email address and date of birth. Apple made iCloud more secure yesterday by making two new authentication processes. While iCloud is more secure, that brought the huge security hole. This is a big problem, especially for someone who has his or her email and birthday on something like Facebook or Twitter.
To make matters worse, for some users who have enabled and then disabled the feature, it may take up to 3 days for everything to be verified and for you to be back in the green.
Thankfully, the people who have not yet enabled the two-step authentication feature are still good.
